Withdrawal Policy

British Education Centre allows students to withdraw from a course in accordance with its refund policy.

A transfer to another private education institution is regarded as a withdrawal from British Education Centre.

If the student is below 18 years of age, the parent or guardian’s approval for the transfer / withdrawal will be required.

Student have to give a written notice of the intention for withdrawal to British Education Centre using our FRM-022 Withdrawal Request Form. Parent/legal guardian signature is required if the student is under 18 years of age.

Students can approach their course consultant or any Student Support Services Staff for the form.

Once the withdrawal request has been processed, British Education Centre will:

  1. Issue a letter to student effecting the withdrawal
  2. Cancellation of the student contract
  3. Cancel the Student Pass (if applicable)
  4. Refund (based on our Refund policy, if applicable)
