The course consists of the following 6 modules:
Unit 1 –Real Estate Marketing
Unit 2 –Property Management
Unit 3 –Real Estate Economics in the Built Environment
Unit 4 –Property Law (Singapore)
Unit 5 –Land Management & Property Development
Unit 6 –Business Presentation (Communication & Academic Writing)
Unit 1 Real Estate Marketing
Students are equipped with the knowledge and understanding of Residential, Office, Shopping malls and Industrial property.
Unit 2 Property Management
Students are equipped with the knowledge and understanding of Property maintenance and management, Lease management and tenancy liaison.
Unit 3 Real Estate Economics in the Built Environment
Students learn about real estate economic concepts such as Demand and supply, Market mechanisms and real estate markets.
Unit 4 Property Law (Singapore)
Students learn about the Law of contract and how this affects the validity of property transactions, Landlord and tenant law and how this relates to the rights, obligations and enforcement actions available to both parties.
Unit 5 Land Management & Property Development
Students learn about contemporary urban planning and Singapore’s land planning.
Unit 6 Business Presentation (Communication & Academic Writing)
Students learn Speaking and presentation skills and Business writing skills

Requirements for Graduation
Achieved a ‘Pass’ for all units with at least 75% attendance for the entire course
Qualification Award
Diploma in Property Marketing and Management in Built Environment awarded by British Education Centre

Progression Pathway
Students who successfully completed the Diploma in Built Environment may wish to pursue further higher level courses in Built Environment available in the Education Industry.
Requirements for Enrolment
Minimum entry age: 19 years old, with 3 years relevant working experience
Minimum academic requirements: At least 3 passes at GCE “O” Level or Completion of Secondary or High School or equivalent
For mature candidate who does not meet the above Minimum academic requirements, the candidate must be at least 30 years old with 8 years working experience
Minimum Language Proficiency: Pass in English at C6 or better in GCE “O” Level or in High School or equivalent
